The Ford President’s Award is Ford of Canada’s highest dealership honor, recognizing outstanding achievement in both customer satisfaction and sales performance. To qualify, dealerships must exceed rigorous sales and service standards while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores.

For dealerships that exceed even those benchmarks, there is Diamond Club — an elite distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of Ford dealerships in Canada for customer satisfaction.
